HNBGU Project Assistant Fellowship 2025 - Rs.15000/Month

Hemvati Nandan Bahuguna Garhwal University (HNBGU), a Central University located in Srinagar Garhwal, Uttarakhand, invites applications for the temporary position of Project Assistant under a funded research project on "Assessing Fodder Diversity and Scarcity Management in Selected Villages in Chamoli District, Uttarakhand" in the Department of Forestry and Natural Resources. This is a 2-year contractual position with a fellowship of ₹15,000 per month.

• Conduct field surveys in selected villages of Chamoli District, Uttarakhand
• Assess fodder diversity in the project area
• Study scarcity management practices adopted by local communities
• Data collection and documentation
• Assist Principal Investigator in project activities
• Prepare field reports and research documentation
• Participate in project-related meetings and presentations
• Important: The project work requires frequent travel to remote areas
