Duties and Responsibilities

• Actively participate in the 12-month developmental program to build a strong foundation in corporate nutrition and food science.
• Support the ESAR team in implementing regional health and wellness initiatives across multiple African markets.
• Collaborate with cross-functional departments to gain a broader understanding of Nestlé's commercial and operational business strategies.
• Apply your academic knowledge to real-world projects, assisting in product evaluation, nutritional compliance, and consumer health education.

Eligibility Criteria & Qualifications

• Educational Status: Applicants must have a relevant, successfully completed Bachelor's Degree in Nutrition, Food Sciences, or a closely related field.
• Academic Performance: A strong academic record is strictly required, with an overall academic average of over 65%.
• Experience Limit: Candidates must be young graduates with less than 2 years of working experience post-studies.
• Assessment Readiness: You must be prepared to successfully complete the mandatory gamification application (Talent Games) on either a mobile device or desktop.
