- Work directly with fashion editors and assistants on product send-outs, looks, confirmations, and proforma invoices.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with celebrity, influencer, marketing, and trade teams regarding sample availability.
- Manage essential back-office Editorial activities, including sample traffic recaps, mailing lists, upcoming credits, and global editorial coverage reports.
- Maintain the press showroom orders, sample conditions, and contribute significantly to building the Maison's historical archive.
