Duties and Responsibilities

• Support in coordinating non-sensitive data collection and monitoring/assessment systems, ensuring adherence to rigorous quality standards.
• Assist in organizing events, workshops, seminars, and webinars, ensuring smooth preparation and execution for the Youth Livelihoods programs.
• Maintain office files, documents, and records in accordance with established systems to ensure information is up-to-date and accessible.
• Support the collection, sorting, and distribution of correspondence and reports to align with staff needs.
• Prepare minutes of meetings and accurately document field visits and team discussions.
• Collaborate with various team members to contribute to the delivery of business support services across functions.

Eligibility Criteria & Qualifications

• Educational Status: Completion of secondary school education is required. A University Degree in a related functional area is highly desirable.
• Experience: At least one year of progressively responsible study or work experience in a related business stream, including general administrative work. Experience with Egyptian NGOs or UN agencies is desired.
• Language Proficiency: Fluency in both oral and written communication in English and Arabic is strictly required.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in the use of office equipment and computer software packages, such as Microsoft Word, is required. The candidate must be able to identify data discrepancies and rectify routine problems.
