Proof Experimental Establishment (PXE), Chandipur, Balasore, Odisha, invites applications for Apprenticeship Training 2025-26 under the Apprentices Act 1961. Eligible candidates for Graduate and Technician Apprentices can apply by e-mail before 19th October 2025. See below for eligibility and application details.

Candidates who have passed their respective courses in years 2021 to 2025 only are eligible. Postgraduates or candidates with training/job experience of one year or more after qualification are not eligible. Candidates must register on the National Apprenticeship Training Scheme (NATS) portal and provide a valid enrollment number. Full eligibility details are as per official notification.
- Shortlisting based on marks in essential qualification
- Written Test and Interview at PXE, Chandipur
- Offer letter sent only by e-mail
- Download application form from drdo.gov.in
- Fill the application form by typing (no handwritten form accepted)
- Affix passport sized photograph and sign the form
- Scan filled application form and certificates in PDF format
- Send via e-mail to training.pxe@gov.in
- Keep printout of submitted application for future reference
- Applications received after 19th October 2025 will be rejected
- Handwritten applications will be rejected
- Apprenticeship training is for one year only and does not guarantee employment
- Selected candidates must execute a contract under the Apprentices Act
- Reservation, age relaxation as per Apprenticeship Act
