Mahadayi Water Disputes Tribunal (MWDT) invites applications from eligible candidates for the post of Private Secretary in the Level 8 pay matrix. The position is open via deputation, re-employment, or direct contract recruitment with detailed eligibility below. This is a unique opportunity to serve in a prestigious Tribunal under the Ministry of Jal Shakti.

• Education: Graduate degree from a recognized University (or equivalent)
• Skill: 120 words per minute in shorthand (English)
• Deputation: Officers under Central/State Govt/PSU with analogous post or Level 6 (with 6 years regular service), and above qualifications
• Re-employment: Retired Govt Officers who held analogous post or Level 6; appointment up to age 65 years (may extend by 6 months)
• Direct Contract: Up to 45 years (relaxation as per rules); same qualifications as above
• Other: Working knowledge of computer; experience in relevant field is desirable

• Deputation: Not exceeding 56 years on closing date
• Re-employment: Retired, up to 65 years at appointment, maximum 6-month extension possible
• Direct Contract: Up to 45 years (as on advertisement date), age relaxations for SC/ST/OBC/others as per Central rules
• Initial period: 1 year likely extendable (or co-terminus with Tribunal/life of post/earliest applicable rule)

• Selection Committee review and shortlisting
• Assessment of qualifications, service record, vigilance clearance (for deputation/re-employment)
• Direct/re-employment/contract: Skill assessment and Interview as decided by Committee
• Original documents/testimonials verification required if called for Interview
