National Institute of Mental Health and Neuro Sciences (NIMHANS), Institute of National Importance, Bengaluru invites applications from eligible candidates for Junior Research Fellow (JRF) on contract basis under the DBT-Wellcome Trust India Alliance funded project entitled "Magnetic resonance spectroscopic analysis of gamma-aminobutyric acid in dopamine-resistant Parkinson's tremor: Possible role and therapeutic implications" under the guidance of Dr. Shweta Prasad, Department of Neurology (Principal Investigator), NIMHANS.

• Acquisition of GABA spectroscopy data on a 3T Siemens Cima scanner in patients with Parkinson's disease
• Handling neuroimaging data acquisition and processing
• Working on MR spectroscopy protocols for clinical research
• Assisting in research activities related to the project
• Other research duties as assigned by Principal Investigator
