• Educational Qualification:
  • B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering, or Industrial Engineering (for graduates)
  • M.Tech in Industrial Engineering or Financial Engineering (for postgraduates)
  • MBA with specialization in HR, Finance, or Operations
  • MSW (Master of Social Work) from a reputed and recognized institution
• Skills Required:
  • Proficiency in English (spoken and written) – Mandatory
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Passion for learning and drive to succeed in a professional environment

As an intern at CMD, candidates will work on:

• Field-based and office-based activities
• Community field visits and interaction with various stakeholders
• Data recording, analysis, and report preparation
• Working with project teams engaged in social research assignments
• Contributing to real-world development projects
• Gaining insights into field-level realities and professional skill development
