VNSGU Junior Clerk & Stenographer Recruitment Notification 2025 - Apply Online for 37 vacant posts by 21 November

Veer Narmad South Gujarat University (VNSGU) invites online applications for various non-teaching administrative positions including Junior Clerk / Typist and Junior Stenographer. Eligible candidates can apply online through the official portal before 21 November 2025 and submit hard copies by 28 November 2025.

Pay scale and terms are as per State Government and University norms.

For Junior Clerk / Typist:

• Bachelor’s degree from a UGC-recognized university.
• Certificate of Basic Computer Application from recognized institute (as per GAD resolutions of 13.08.2008 & 18.03.2016).
• Proficiency in Gujarati and English typing.
• Must pass C.C.C. Course and Hindi/Gujarati Higher Level exams during contract period, if not already cleared.
• Age Limit: Maximum 35 years.

For Junior Stenographer:

• Any Graduate from a UGC-recognized University.
• Basic Computer Knowledge Certificate (recognized institute).
• Proficiency in Gujarati & English.
• Knowledge of Stenography: English (90 WPM) or Gujarati (60 WPM). Candidates knowing both preferred.
• Must clear missed stenography within probation (2 years) if not qualified earlier.
• Age Limit: Maximum 35 years.

Fees are payable online only. Bank charges will be borne by the candidate.

1. Submit application online through https://vnsgunt.samarth.edu.in.
2. Upload all required documents and pay the application fee.
3. Take a print of the submitted form.
4. Send two sets of hard copies with attested documents to:
   The Registrar, Veer Narmad South Gujarat University, University Campus, Udhna-Magdalla Road, Surat – 395007
   by Speed Post/Registered AD before 28 November 2025.

• Shortlisting on eligibility and merit basis.
• Written/Skill Test followed by interview (as applicable).
• Final selection subject to University norms and Government approval.
