- Maintain and organize general files, filing and archiving systems (manual and digital).
- Manage inventory listings and personnel records; perform data entry and verify/update records in specified formats.
- Prepare and type routine correspondence, certificates, and reports as needed.
- Follow up on receipt and issuance of supplies and equipment; raise purchase requests and stock transfer orders in ERP system.
