• Be enrolled in, or have completed, a graduate school programme (second university degree or higher) in political/social science, international relations, public administration, law, economics, communication and media, or another related field.
• Be enrolled in, or have completed, the final academic year of a first university degree (minimum bachelor’s or equivalent) in the above or related fields.

• Good knowledge of standard software applications: MS Word, MS PowerPoint, MS Teams.
• Ability to draft news articles and/or social media posts (desirable).
• Ability to design surveys and polls (desirable).

• Support monitoring, analysis, and reporting on humanitarian needs relevant to OCHA’s mandate.
• Assist planning and delivery of events organized or co‑organized by OCHA in the UAE.
• Support development and dissemination of information materials on humanitarian issues and ensure visibility of OCHA UAE partnerships.
• Coordinate meetings and consultations with partners and stakeholders in the country.
• Support management of OCHA UAE’s social media content and visibility of UAE’s humanitarian aid.
• Draft summaries, meeting minutes, and reports; maintain accurate documentation.
• Perform other administrative and coordination tasks as required by the office.
