• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 8 years of experience in software development with C++, Go, or Java.
• 5 years of experience in testing and launching software products.
• 3 years of experience with software design and architecture.
• 5 years of experience building large-scale infrastructure, distributed systems, or networks.
• 5 years of experience in network infrastructure.
• Kubernetes experience.
• Preferred: Master’s or PhD in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
• 3 years of experience in technical leadership.
• 3 years of experience in complex, matrixed organizations.

• Leadership in software engineering and technical direction.
• Expertise in networking, distributed systems, and cloud infrastructure.
• Problem-solving and project management skills.
• Proficiency in C++, Go, Java, and Kubernetes.

• Minimum 8 years of software development experience.
• Experience with data structures, algorithms, and large-scale systems.
• Networking and Kubernetes expertise.
• Leadership experience is preferred.
