About the Singapore Apprenticeship Program – How You’ll Learn and Grow

The 2026 Singapore Apprenticeship Program is a one-year, full-time program that gives Apprentices realistic career experience in financial services and real work exposure across several corporate functions.

Apprentices receive induction training, structured learning and development, and senior management networking opportunities, while building a professional network and essential skills for a long-term career with the firm.

Job Summary

As an Apprentice, you will join one of several innovative teams across Corporate Tax, Finance, Global Corporate Banking, Human Resources, Operations, or Payments, all within the Corporate Sector.

You will gain knowledge of how these businesses collaborate to serve internal and external stakeholders globally, building both technical and business understanding.

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Corporate Tax: Prepare and support tax filings, respond to authority queries, assist with regulatory changes, and provide tax consultation for business projects.[file:10]
  • Finance: Manage aspects of regulatory reporting and month-end close, produce and analyze daily P&L and risk reports, support new product or system projects, and drive process improvement initiatives.
  • Global Corporate Banking: Conduct research and analysis, prepare reports and client materials, coordinate with internal stakeholders, support senior bankers, and assist in business management, project execution, and presentations for senior management and clients.
  • Human Resources: Analyze and validate HR data, support regulatory reporting, contribute to location-specific HR projects, and collaborate on solutions that enhance employee experience.
  • Operations: Gain insight into how businesses come together to serve clients, support business growth and risk management, implement service improvements, and contribute to team initiatives in a dynamic environment.
  • Payments: Support product development and client solutions, perform analysis to identify improvements, and help create client-facing materials for management and business reviews.
Eligibility Criteria
  • Expected graduation date between April 2026 and May 2026 from a Diploma qualification, or Diploma graduates with up to 2 years of work experience.
