About the Role & Work Environment
The Quality, Safety, Environment intern will join the Eurasia & Middle East Operating Unit Technical, Innovation and Supply Chain team. This position requires supporting QSE foundation programs, fountain operation management, and Health & Safety and Supplier Management systems to ensure efficient reporting systems provide bottling partners with qualified information. The role involves working in a multi-cultural, multi-ethnic environment, requiring the ability to understand and maintain different approaches for the best interaction with bottling plants.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Support the Franchise QFS Manager on QFS Foundation programs such as Marketplace Age monitoring, Manufacturing Quality, Consumer Complaint, and Water & Ingredient Monitoring.
- Assist with data collection, reporting, and follow-up activities involving both internal and external stakeholders.
- Support fountain operations and maintain clear communication with key customers and bottling partners.
- Assist in monthly KPI reporting for all critical Quality, Safety, and Environment (QSE) metrics.
- Support continuous improvements by utilizing the appropriate quality tools and providing data analysis.
- Manage the QSE library, share portal, and update associated databases, including support for Health & Safety and Supplier Managers.
Eligibility Criteria & Qualifications
- Educational Status: Applicants must be Bachelor or Master students actively studying Food Technology or Food Science. You must be continuing your studies for at least one more year.
- Availability: You must be able to work a minimum of 3 days per week.
- Language Proficiency: Fluent English communication skills are strictly required.
- Experience: Previous internship or industrial experience is preferred, though it is not strictly necessary.
