As a Deal Strategy Intern, you will be responsible for understanding corporate pricing policies, ensuring strategic alignment with business objectives, and making informed decisions that maximize revenue and minimize compliance risk.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Assist with reviewing and approving high-level transactions on behalf of Oracle's Executive Leadership.
- Monitor incoming transactions and provide critical support to the Line of Business (LOB) as needed.
- Ensure that all approval requests are submitted in a timely, complete, and highly accurate manner.
- Provide management with actionable insights regarding the economic impact and compliance considerations of key business decisions.
- Coordinate closely with Legal, Contracts, Finance, Risk Management, and Sales teams to maintain and communicate business practices.
- Collaborate on designing AI-driven enhancements to increase operational efficiency throughout the sales cycle.
Eligibility Criteria & Qualifications
- Educational Status: You must be actively pursuing a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Computer Science, Data Science, AI, IT, Business Management, etc.) and must be enrolled in a university prior to and post internship.
