Design a premium full-width hero banner for the UNFCCC Francophone Communications Internship 2026, which is remote. Use a blue-green gradient overlay to reflect climate and sustainability themes while maximizing text contrast for Discover. The layout must be Discover-safe — all text must be very large, bold, and perfectly centered in the middle safe zone so nothing gets cropped on Google Discover or mobile screens. Main headline (must be fully visible): ‘UNFCCC Internship 2026’. Sub-text below headline: ‘Communications | Francophone’. Third line: ‘REMOTE | Apply by April 14’. Add a bold high-contrast button-style label: ‘Apply Now’. Theme: climate communication, environmental advocacy, sustainability, and global collaboration. Use UNFCCC-inspired colors: green, blue, and white. Include subtle realistic visuals such as: Earth/climate visuals, sustainability graphics, global network lines, communication/media visuals, or environmental data overlays — clean and NOT cartoonish.
