Duties and Responsibilities
- Daily & Monthly Operations: Update sales reports on different product categories daily, and support the team in delivering comprehensive reports and analysis on a monthly basis.
- Strategic Planning: Work on quarterly sales projections across all categories and the 6 markets, and assist in building annual strategic plans utilizing in-depth analysis.
- Product Information & Training: Maintain updated product launch plans, manage monthly product news, anticipate sales associate inquiries, and build specific presentation tools for internal training.
- Market & Competitor Analysis: Analyze local competition, identify competitor activations, highlight key market trends, and proactively suggest best practices and new testing approaches.
- Event & Stakeholder Support: Answer ad hoc requests from boutiques and stakeholders, manage product needs for events, and support broader marketing activations.
