Duties and Responsibilities

• Perform and thoroughly document tests of control design and operating effectiveness in strict accordance with the designed test plan.
• Engage directly and professionally with process and control owners across departments to obtain supporting control evidence.
• Continuously measure project progress and effectively communicate any delays or roadblocks to the management team.
• Utilize and leverage Linde's global SOX risk and controls frameworks, test plans, and collected test evidence to ensure accuracy.
• Assist the overarching SOX Program Management team with various measured objectives and compliance deliverables throughout the summer.

Eligibility Criteria & Qualifications

• Educational Status: Candidates must be currently enrolled in an accredited College or University, actively pursuing a degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration.
• Academic Standing: A strong academic record is required, with a strict minimum GPA of 3.0. Preference will be given to rising juniors and seniors.
• Technical Skills: Applicants must possess strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
