Post: Amazon Connect Support Engineer

Your Job :

• Support telephone agents, Customer Services teams, Adobe users using AWS Connect Omnichannel Contact Center

• Basic RHEL Admin

• Basic telecom Voice Support

• Provide support to call Center agents in production environment.

• Play key role and work with different teams resolving service impacting critical issues.

• Provide support for technical and infrastructure issues for voice and multimedia platform.

• Document the environment and operational procedures.

• Take responsibility of making the system compliant with all audit and compliance regulations.

• Plan and Perform infrastructure maintenance & upgrades for Amazon Connect infrastructure.

• Resolves a wide range of issues in imaginative as well as practical ways.

• Receive little instruction on day-to-day work, general instructions on new assignments.

• Develop and implement process to reduce manual operations and automate routine operational activities.

• Work with external vendors to support Adobe Contact Center.

• Willingness to work in shifts per business requirements.

• Person will be based out of Adobe Bangalore office.
