Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience with SAP GTS, SAP ECC, and S/4 HANA.
• Two, or more, complete full life-cycle implementations of SAP GTS projects in a functional lead capacity Experience with Design and development of processes of Compliance and Customs Management, etc.
• In-depth technical knowledge of GTS as well as supporting business processes.
• SAP project implementation, and support of application-packaged solutions.
• Ability to stay focused and prioritize a full workload while achieving extraordinary quality.
• Being upbeat, adaptable, and results-driven with a positive demeanor. You should have excellent judgment and integrity with the ability to make timely and sound decisions.

DESCRIPTION:

As the Functional Analyst you will be required to:

-  Support all functionalities in SAP Global Trade Services (GTS) including SAP Compliance Management, SAP Customs Management, and SAP Electronic Compliance Reporting (ECR). 

-  Delve into clients’ Material Management and Sales and Distribution configurations to resolve their business needs relating to foreign trade.

-  Advise Business Partners on using SAP GTS to meet their trade export business needs Lead teams to configure all components of GTS.

-  Create, change plans, and lead efforts that help Business Partners embrace the changes that come with supply chain transformation. 

-  Possess international trade knowledge of Legal Regulations.

-  Understand the GTS integration points with ECC, S/4 HANA, and TMS including the ECC, S/4 HANA, and TMS configurations that influence GTS. 

-  Possess basic knowledge of developing and debugging SAP ABAP. 

-  Perform high-level analysis of business processes and requirements to support project evaluations with proposed solutions. 

-  Implementation knowledge of GTS SAP Edition HANA is preferred. 

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE:

-  Seamless integration of SAP SD to front end (B2B e-Commerce, Apple Online Store (AOS), Point of Sale (POS), Apple Care) and other back-end solutions (SAP Retail, Data Warehouse).

-  Working closely with teams (both SAP and other IS&T teams) during design and implementation of SAP GTS functionalities to support different Apple businesses across the customer channels.

-  Performing functional and technical analysis of the requirements and propose appropriate design/technical solution and support level of effort, scoping and manage change requests.

-  Define scope and gather business requirements.

-  Coordinate with project PM or Track leads to ensure that resources, budget, and timeline are adequate.

-  Ensuring adequate test cycles are defined and driven to support a smooth production launch and ensure a successful handover to the production support team.

-  Apply SAP ECC/S4 Hana Sales knowledge with SAP GTS
