Bharat Electronics Limited (BEL), a Navratna PSU under the Ministry of Defence, invites applications from eligible candidates for 340 posts of Probationary Engineer in various disciplines across multiple locations in India. Eligible candidates can apply online before 14 November 2025.

• B.E./B.Tech/B.Sc Engineering degree in relevant discipline from AICTE approved/recognized university.
• General/OBC/EWS candidates must have First Class; SC/ST/PwBD candidates must have Pass Class.
• Candidates with AMIE/AMIETE/GIETE in relevant disciplines with corresponding classifications are eligible.
• Specific relaxation and eligibility details for PwBD and reserved categories as per government norms.

• Maximum 25 years for General/EWS candidates.
• Age relaxation of 3 years for OBC, 5 years for SC/ST, 10 years for PwBD categories.

Pay Scale is ₹40,000 – ₹1,40,000 with a total CTC of approximately ₹13 lakhs per annum. Selected candidates will also be entitled to Dearness Allowance (DA), House Rent Allowance (HRA), Conveyance Allowance, Performance Related Pay, Medical Reimbursement, and other benefits as per company norms.

• Online Computer Based Test (CBT) consisting of technical and general aptitude questions.
• Minimum qualifying marks: 35 for General/OBC/EWS and 30 for SC/ST/PwBD candidates in CBT and interview.
• Shortlisting for Interview based on CBT scores in ratio 1:5.
• Final selection based on combined CBT and Interview marks.
