ESIC Medical College & Hospital Faridabad invites eligible candidates for walk-in interview to fill 95 Senior Resident posts (Broad Specialty Departments) on a contractual basis. Recruitment is rolling—interviews held every Wednesday (if not a holiday) until all posts are filled.
Initial contract duration is one year, extendable up to three years based on performance & institutional approval.

Eligibility & Qualification
- PG Degree (MD/MS/DNB) in a broad specialty or superspecialty in accordance with the latest National Medical Commission (NMC) guidelines.
- Valid Medical Registration (NMC/State Medical Council) for all MBBS/PG qualifications.
- If PG candidates unavailable for ICU, MBBS doctors with two years’ experience (one year in ICU or relevant specialty) may be considered as Medical Officer (on Senior Resident pay).
Age Limit (as on date of interview)
- Not exceeding 45 years for all categories.
- Age relaxations as per Central Govt/ESIC rules applicable for reserved groups.
Remuneration & Allowances

Medical Officers appointed against SR (ICU) will get Level 10 pay.
Contract Terms & Security Deposit
- Contract: Initially for 1 year; extendable up to 3 years (performance and approval dependent).
- Security Deposit: Rs. 20,000/- by Demand Draft (ESI Fund Ac No. 1, Faridabad); refundable on completion, forfeited if resignation within 6 months.
- No entitlement for regular service benefits—PF, gratuity, pension, seniority, promotion etc.
- Hostel/quarters subject to availability; if availed, no HRA paid.
- Absence >7 days without approval = automatic termination.
Selection Procedure
- Selection by interview & academic credentials (as per NMC/ESIC norms).
- Provisional admission—subject to eligibility/document verification before interview.
- Final results on ESIC website only; appointment offers via email.
- NOC from employer preferable; to be submitted before joining.

- Attend walk-in interview (every Wednesday, 9–10 AM reporting) until positions are filled.

- Bring:
- Duly filled offline application form (attached with advt)
- Self-attested copies and originals of 10th pass, MBBS/MD/MS/DNB degrees/mark-sheets
- Valid Central Govt format category certificate (OBC/SC/ST/PwD/EWS)
- Medical registration certificates
- Experience certificate (if applicable)
- Passport size photo, Aadhaar Card, checklist (as per advertisement)
- NOC from employer if working in Govt/Autonomous Institution
- Pay applicable fee by Demand Draft at verification desk.
- Separate applications required for each post/department if eligible.
