Steel Authority of India Limited (SAIL), Chandrapur Ferro Alloy Plant (CFP) invites applications from eligible ex-SAIL executives separated in E-7 & below grades for engagement as Advisors/Consultants on contractual basis. This is an excellent opportunity for retired SAIL executives to continue contributing their expertise with attractive remuneration up to ₹1,00,000 per month plus benefits.

Who Can Apply
Only Ex-SAIL Executives who meet following conditions:
- Separated from SAIL in E-7 & below grades
- Separated through normal superannuation
- NOT eligible: Those separated due to:
- Resignation
- Voluntary Retirement
- Premature Retirement (under Rule 4.0(3) of SAIL CDA Rules, 1997)
- Medical Invalidation
- Vigilance/Disciplinary action
- Self-certification required regarding mode of separation
Eligibility Criteria

Remuneration (Grade-wise)

*Above rates applicable for 8 hours per working day; Pro-rata basis for actual working days
*Rates remain unchanged for entire engagement period including extensions
*GST reimbursement over & above the consultation fee
Contract Duration

Additional Benefits
- Accommodation: Stay at SAIL Guest House/Transit House @ ₹200/day (subject to availability)
- Mobile Reimbursement: Post-paid SIM + mobile phone bill as per grade last served
- Medical Benefits: As applicable to ex-employees of SAIL
- TA/DA: Sanctioned official tour expenses as per grade last served
- Travel Reimbursement: Air/train fare for joining & leaving (only for outstation candidates)
- Leave: No deduction for absence up to 9 days per 6 months (1.5 days/month with prior intimation)
- No PF/Gratuity: Not applicable

Selection Process
- Document Verification/Screening: Committee will verify eligibility
- Only eligible candidates allowed to appear for interview

- SAIL-CFP reserves right to adopt additional shortlisting criteria if large applications received
- Decision of Selection Board is final and binding
Important Terms & Conditions
- Engagement is purely temporary; NO right for regular appointment
- No PF/Gratuity or other benefits not specified in advertisement
- May be required to work in emergent conditions beyond normal hours (no extra remuneration)
- Responsible for proper usage of Company assets; must return on contract expiry
- Travel outside headquarters requires prior consultation with Nodal Officer
- Services may be utilized for any other SAIL Plant/Unit (with consent)
- Strict confidentiality of information/data/technology mandatory during & after engagement
- Cannot engage with any competitive firm/company during engagement period
- Contract terminable by either party with 15 days' notice
- Company may terminate immediately for unsatisfactory performance/misconduct
- Income Tax/GST as per applicable provisions
- Candidature liable to rejection if false information provided
- Court jurisdiction: Chandrapur, Maharashtra
