   • Click "Apply" and authenticate with O.T.R. Number
   • Fill application form (personal details auto-filled from O.T.R.)

3. Step 3: Fee Payment
   • Pay online through SBI MOPS (Net Banking/Card/Other modes)
   • Take printout of payment receipt
4. Step 4: Final Submission
