SSC Young Professional Recruitment Notification Form 2025 Out

Staff Selection Commission (SSC) Headquarters, New Delhi invites applications from eligible graduates for engagement of 5 Young Professionals (General) purely on short term contract basis. The engagement is full-time and on a consultant basis for one year, extendable based on satisfactory performance.

• Educational Qualification (Essential):
  • Graduate Degree in any discipline from a recognized College/University (Central or State Govt. of India)
  • At least 1 year Diploma in Basic Computer Course in Software with proficiency in MS Office
• Experience (Desirable): At least 6 months working experience in any Central/State Government organization
• Age Limit: 21-35 years at the time of initial engagement

• Handling of official communication preferably in English/Hindi
• Noting and drafting on MS Office (MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint)
• Scrutiny of documents
• Maintaining records and close coordination with Senior Officers
• Any other work assigned by officers from time to time

• Shortlisting based on qualifications and experience
• Interview/selection as per SSC guidelines
• Police verification (mandatory; contract provisional till verification received)
• Annual Performance Review (APR) for contract extension

5. Submit Online Google Form: Also fill and submit the Google Form available on SSC website
6. Last Date: Application must reach within 14 days of publication in newspaper

• Engagement is on full-time basis; no other assignment allowed during contract period
• No allowances (DA, HRA, CGHS, medical, transport, etc.) except specified TADA for official tours
• Leave: 1.5 days per completed month (no accumulation beyond calendar year)
• Women consultants eligible for maternity leave as per Maternity Benefit Amendment Act 2017
• Contract temporary; SSC can cancel at any time without reason
• Breach of confidentiality/Official Secrets Act will lead to immediate termination
• TDS deducted at source as per prevailing rules
• Police verification mandatory; negative report = immediate termination
• No claim for permanent employment in SSC/Government of India
