Team Leader: B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering with Master’s preferred; 20 years experience in Civil/Environmental/Public Health Engineering, with program/project management and large-scale urban service delivery.

Structure Engineer: Graduate in Civil Engineering with Masters in Structural Engineering; 20 years experience including 10 years in structure design or proofing for water and sewerage components.

Senior Quality cum Material Engineer: Degree in Civil Engineering, preferably with PG in related fields; 15 years post-graduation experience in quality control, QA/QC on large water/sewerage projects.

Training, teaching, fellowship, PhD research not counted as experience.

• Lead or contribute to project planning, management, quality assurance, and implementation of water supply and sewerage infrastructure.
• Monitor civil construction works, ensure compliance with quality standards, and prepare technical reports.
• Oversee execution of projects with capital value in crores of rupees.
• Coordinate with stakeholders, manage procurement requests and supplies.
• Maintain documentation, ensure confidentiality and compliance with standards.
• Abide by legal and conduct standards including sexual harassment prevention laws.

Strong technical expertise in civil engineering, project management, quality assurance. Excellent communication, compliance with ethical standards, ability to work independently and with teams.

Engagement as Independent Consultant, no employee relationship with RITES. Contracts are temporary with termination/resignation notice period of 1 month. Intellectual property rights belong to RITES. Insurance is consultant’s responsibility. Interactions with peacekeeping or humanitarian operations subject to special conditions. No TA/DA for joining or interview.
