Nationality: Indian citizen or eligible Nepalese, Bhutanese, Tibetan, or PIO migrants as per GOI rules.
Qualification: Graduate in any discipline from recognized University as of 23.11.2025.
Experience: Minimum 1 year (post-graduation) in Clerical/Officer Cadre in Scheduled Commercial/Regional Rural Bank.
Language: Proficiency (read, write, speak) in the state’s specified local language.
Work Experience: Experience must match the role of Scale-I Generalist Officer. Proof required as per annexed format.
Minimum 20 years; Maximum 30 years as on 01.07.2025.
Age relaxation: SC/ST – 5 yrs, OBC (NCL) – 3 yrs, PwBD – 10 yrs, Ex-Servicemen – 5 yrs, Others as per rules.
Graduation in any discipline from a recognized university.
Candidates must have received degree/result by 23.11.2025 and upload proof at registration.
Minimum 1 year experience (post-graduation) in Clerical/Officer cadre in Scheduled Commercial Bank or RRB. Only similar job profiles to PNB Scale–I Generalist Officer are eligible for advance increment. No prior service/experience will count for seniority.
- Managing branch operations and lead activities such as customer service, business development, and compliance.
- Executing sales and marketing plans, mobilizing deposits, cross-selling financial products, and handling loan/credit proposals.
- Ensuring customer satisfaction, regulatory compliance, and following guidelines for loans, advances, and account management.
- Maintaining branch records and handling accounts as per PNB and RBI guidelines.
- Coordination with customers and third parties for efficient functioning of branch/unit.
- Perform any role as assigned by the bank based on organizational needs.
- Local language proficiency matching the state applied for.
- Customer-centric approach and relationship management.
- Communication, problem-solving, and team leadership skills.
