• Must have successfully completed 2 years’ ANM training (with 6 months’ compulsory internship) from an institution recognized by the Indian Nursing Council and possess a certificate.
• Must be registered as a permanent/renewable ANM with Uttarakhand Nurses and Midwives Council, Dehradun by last date of application.
• Must be a permanent resident of Uttarakhand, substantiated with a valid domicile certificate by last date of application.

• Minimum: 18 years as of 01 July 2025
• Maximum: 42 years as of 01 July 2025
