MIDHANI, a leading high-tech metallurgical PSU under the Ministry of Defence, invites applications for Apprentice Trainee positions for 2025. Opportunities are open for Graduate, Technician (Diploma), and ITI Trade Apprentices across a variety of engineering and technical disciplines. These apprenticeships offer valuable exposure to superalloy and special steel manufacturing for India’s strategic sectors. Candidates may only apply if meeting all eligibility and reservation requirements; the one-year posts are strictly for skill-building with no guarantee of subsequent employment. • Graduate Apprentices: Degree in engineering/technology (recognized university or institution).
• Technician (Diploma) Apprentices: Diploma in engineering/technology from State Council or Board/recognized university.
• ITI Trade Apprentices: ITI in relevant trade from recognized institutions. Should have completed 10th/SSC as required.
• Candidates must have passed in 2022, 2023, 2024, or 2025 (for Graduate/Technician).

Graduate/Technician: As per Apprenticeship Rules.
ITI Trades: Maximum upper age limit is 30 years as on application date (with applicable relaxations for SC/ST/OBC/PWD/EWS as per Government rules).

• Reservations for SC/ST/OBC/PWD/EWS strictly as per Apprentices Act and Government rules.
• Candidates claiming reservation must possess relevant valid certificates in Government format.
• Minimum physical standards as per Apprenticeship Rule 1992 and amendments.

• All apprenticeships are for 1 year only and governed under Apprentices Act provisions.
• No obligation of future employment at MIDHANI after apprenticeship completion.

• Graduate/Technician: Based on merit (percentage in SSC & Graduation/Diploma) with reservation category considerations. Subject to document and medical verification.
• ITI Trades: Based on merit (percentage in SSC & ITI NCVT) with reservation category considerations. Subject to document and medical verification.
• Any previous apprenticeship or >1 year experience makes the candidate ineligible.
• Management reserves the right to alter eligibility or selection criteria at any stage.

2. Eligible ITI candidates must register and apply on https://www.apprenticeshipindia.gov.in/ (complete e-KYC required).
3. Send hard copies of online registration, 10th/SSC, qualifying exam marksheets/certificates, relevant reservation certificates and Aadhar by post to:
