• Test the entire TiSSTAT system, including existing and newly developed features, using team-prepared data as well as simulating multiple scenarios.
• Review and suggest improvements to questionnaires on creative services and units trading travel services for pilot countries.
• Revise online questionnaire instructions and contextual text with focus on user experience.
• Analyze and recommend adjustments to reports generated by TiSSTAT to ensure effective implementation.
• Participate in training workshops for users on new functionalities and provide advisory services related to TiSSTAT adoption.
• Support development of training materials and exercises for users on TiSSTAT version updates and new questionnaires.
