About the Unit
ICAO is a United Nations specialized agency that sets international Standards and Recommended Practices for aviation safety, security, and environmental protection. The Revenue and Product Management Section (RPM), part of the Capacity Development and Implementation Bureau, focuses on revenue-generating activities like events, training, publications, and databases. Within this team, the Product Management Unit (PTM) identifies and markets ICAO products and services.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Support Digital Marketing Campaigns: Assist in the creation and execution of campaigns across various channels (social media, email, website).
- Monitor and Analyze Metrics: Track digital performance using tools like Google Analytics and social media insights to provide recommendations.
- Content Creation and Curation: Draft engaging content and assist with the development of multimedia assets.
- Email Marketing: Support the creation and deployment of newsletter campaigns and assist in managing subscriber lists.
- Market Research: Conduct competitive analysis and track emerging trends in digital marketing and aviation.
Eligibility Criteria
- Candidates must be enrolled in a graduate school programme (Master's or higher); OR
- Be enrolled in the final academic year of a first university degree programme (Bachelor's or equivalent); OR

Internship Conditions
