Duties and Responsibilities
- Participate in intellectual seminars and debates exploring fundamental questions about the West and American exceptionalism with world-class historians, philosophers, scientists, writers, and technologists.
- Transition to working alongside Forward Deployed Engineers and internal software developers to build software and deliver real-world customer outcomes.
- Confront open-ended and ambiguous problems with a high degree of agency, autonomy, and maturity.
- Collaborate effectively with a variety of individuals, including engineers, users, and non-technical team members.
- Make decisions independently, learn proactively, and ask questions when stuck.
Eligibility Criteria
- Educational Status Requirement: Must have a high school certificate of graduation at the start of the internship.
- Strict Exclusions: Candidates cannot be enrolled in an accredited U.S. university. Candidates cannot have previously earned an undergraduate degree.
- Availability: Must spend Fall 2026 (August - December) exclusively at Palantir; candidates cannot simultaneously be enrolled in university classes.
