About the Program
Become an integral part of the JPMorgan Chase team where each day offers a unique learning experience. The Emerging Talent Software Engineering Internship is designed specifically for high school graduates to develop innovative solutions to current business problems using the latest technologies. Over the course of up to 10 weeks starting in early June 2026, you will work 20 hours part-time, gaining direct exposure to the Software Engineering Teams within the Consumer and Community Bank and Asset Wealth Management divisions. Duties and Responsibilities
- Actively participate in agile team activities and scrum ceremonies.
- Collaborate on design and development initiatives leveraging JPMC technology tools to deliver effective problem-solving solutions.

Eligibility Criteria & Essential Qualifications
- Educational Status: Must be a recent or upcoming high school graduate with an expected graduation date in 2025 or 2026.
