About the Role & Work Environment
Richemont owns some of the world's leading luxury goods Maisons, with particular strengths in jewellery, fine watches, and premium accessories. Reporting directly to the IT Senior Regional Manager, you will join a specialized Group IT Department team of 25 people located across multiple sites in Italy (Milan, Turin, Florence, Valenza) and Spain (Madrid). This team is responsible for delivering robust IT infrastructure services for all Richemont Group companies, ensuring seamless operations across the retail network, corporate offices, and manufacturing facilities.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Support the organization of team activities by managing and coordinating meetings, including drafting agendas, managing invitations, and taking minutes.
- Assist in managing the IT team's budget from initial estimation through to final reporting, collaborating closely with the Finance department and central IT teams.
- Interact with key technology providers to manage hardware logistics such as barcode readers and label printers.
- Support the definition and continuous monitoring of critical service KPIs in alignment with the broader IT organization's goals.
Eligibility Criteria & Qualifications
- Educational Background: Must be pursuing or hold a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a similar technical field.
- Language Skills: Fluency in both English and Italian is strictly required; knowledge of French is considered a plus.
