Duties and Responsibilities
- Provide essential technical guidance and advice regarding the evaluation of unusual engine-related issues across all levels of operations and maintenance on Defense Aerospace product lines.
- Manage and maintain close liaison with the customer organization, Rolls-Royce Customer Support, Engineering, and Program Management teams.
- Analyze operational results and publish detailed reports outlining maintenance procedures and diagnostic conclusions.
- Establish and maintain working relationships with existing Field Service Representatives, Deployed Operations Managers (DOMs), and Customer Training Instructors.
- Deliver technical assistance via written reports, phone calls, or customer visits relating to aircraft engine operations, repairs, troubleshooting, and logistics support.
- Utilize and support Rolls-Royce and customer databases, leveraging diagnostic software programs for technical queries.
Eligibility Criteria & Qualifications
- Military Status: Must be a transitioning U.S. Military Service Member eligible for the DoD SkillBridge program (within the last 180 days of active service) and possess written commander authorization.
- Experience: Requires a minimum of 5 years of relevant engine maintenance experience, specifically maintaining, operating, or testing Aircraft Gas Turbine Engines. Experience with the AE1107 engine is highly preferred.
