Duties and Responsibilities
- Assist in sourcing, evaluating, and negotiating with suppliers to meet strict project needs and budget requirements.
- Draft and issue Purchase Orders (POs) to suppliers directly through the SAP Business Suite 4 SAP HANA system for approval.
- Maintain highly accurate procurement records, including PO registers, Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) categorisation, and goods receipts.
- Handle comprehensive vendor onboarding processes, which include executing NDAs, Know Your Partner (KYP) checks, and new vendor registrations.
- Prepare and rigorously review commercial invoices, packing lists, and delivery notes to ensure full external audit compliance.
- Monitor overall supplier performance and resolve any emerging issues related to delivery timelines, product quality, or documentation.
