Selection Process
- Shortlisting based on eligibility criteria and experience
- Only shortlisted candidates will be called for interview/discussion
- Interview date, time & venue will be intimated to shortlisted candidates only
- Selection will be made by duly constituted Selection Committee

Important Terms & Conditions
- Incomplete applications or applications not in prescribed format will be rejected
- Applications received through email will NOT be entertained
- Postal delays will NOT be entertained
- No TA/DA will be paid for attending interview
- Engagement is tenure/project based
- Assignment is on full-time basis; attendance in AEBAS mandatory
- Income tax/TDS will be deducted as per Govt. instructions; TDS certificate will be issued
- Consultant must maintain absolute confidentiality and secrecy
- Paid leave: 1.5 days per completed month (no accumulation beyond calendar year)
- No claim for absorption/regularization under Industrial Disputes Act 1947 or Contract Labour Act 1970
- Department/CCRH reserves right to terminate contract at any time without notice
- During service, cannot engage in any profession/business conflicting with Govt. interest
- Canvassing in any form will lead to disqualification
- CCRH has right to cancel interview due to poor response or insufficient applications
- Selected candidates have NO claim for regular appointment
- For Assistant Warden: Must bring NOC from employer (if currently employed)
