Rail Vikas Nigam Limited (RVNL), a Navratna CPSE under Ministry of Railways, Government of India, engaged in construction of Metro/Railway/Major Bridge/Tunnelling/Highways and Major Infrastructure Design Management, invites applications from Indian citizens working in Government Organizations/CPSE/Central Govt. Companies/Metro Companies for 10 posts in S&T Department on regular basis.

Age Limit	Not exceeding 40 years
Educational Qualification (Essential)	Graduate degree in Electrical Engineering / Electronics and Communication Engineering with not less than 50% marks from AICTE approved Institute/University OR Diploma in Electrical Engineering / Electronics Engineering / Electronics Telecommunication Engineering with not less than 50% marks from recognized institute with knowledge of computer operations
Desirable (for Diploma Holders)	Diploma in Railway Engineering from IPWE India
Experience Required	In Railway/Rail infrastructure PSU, autonomous and JVs companies dealing with Railway infrastructure, Metros, NCRTC and High Speed, etc. Candidate having valid IRS/TELO/IRSE License and certification will have added advantage
Eligibility Criteria	Official Working in Govt. Organization: • Minimum 4 years experience in relevant field + • Holding posts in analogous grade CDA Level-8 on regular basis OR Serving in Level-7 CDA for minimum 4 years of regular services Official Working in CPSE/Central Govt. Companies/Metro Companies: • Minimum 4 years experience in relevant field + • Holding posts in analogous grade E-2 (Rs.50,000-1,60,000) IDA on regular basis OR Serving in IDA E-1 Grade (Rs.40,000-1,40,000) for minimum 4 years on regular basis Official working in PVT Organization: • Minimum 8 years experience for Degree holder and 10 years for Diploma holder in relevant field + • Minimum CTC Rs. 12 Lakhs per annum (Form 26AS required)

• RVNL Regular/Contract/Outsource employees: Age relaxation for period of service over and above upper age limit (if currently working in RVNL)

1. Document Verification: Scrutiny Committee will examine eligibility and verify original documents
2. Written Test and/or Interview: At RVNL Corporate Office based on applications received
3. Interview Assessment: Experience in relevant field, past experience, educational qualification
4. Management reserves right to call/not call candidates or cancel/postpone entire process

• Service Bond: Minimum 3 years service bond of ₹4 Lakhs + GST for both E-1 and E-2 grades
• Probation: 2 years from date of joining RVNL
• Resignation: 3 months advance notice required
