Indian Council of Medical Research (ICMR), New Delhi invites online applications through AIIMS New Delhi for recruitment of Administrative Officer and Accounts Officer (Group-A posts) on regular basis for ICMR Headquarters, Centers, and Institutes through direct recruitment. Stage-II: Interview – 20 Marks

• Conducted by ICMR, New Delhi
• 5 times candidates called for interview (5x vacancies per category based on CBT merit)
• Final document verification at time of interview
• Minimum qualifying marks: 60% for General, 55% for Reserved categories

Final Merit: Combined marks of Stage-I CBT + Stage-II Interview

3. Register online by providing basic details (Name, Email, Mobile)
4. Login with credentials and fill complete application form
5. Upload scanned documents:
   • Recent passport-size photograph (as per specifications)
   • Signature and Left Thumb Impression
   • Educational certificates (if required at registration)
   • Experience certificates (if required at registration)
   • NOC from current employer (for Govt. employees - Mandatory)
   • Category certificate (OBC/EWS/SC/ST/PwBD as applicable)
6. Pay application fee online (Debit/Credit Card/Net Banking)
7. Submit application and take printout for future reference
8. Note: No physical documents to be sent; Keep acknowledgment number safe

• Candidates must fulfill all eligibility criteria as on 31 October 2025
• Application is provisional; eligibility will be verified at document verification stage
• AIIMS New Delhi is only examination conducting body; appointment by ICMR
• Govt./PSU employees must submit NOC at time of registration (Mandatory)
• OBC certificate with Non-Creamy Layer valid for FY 2025-26 required
• EWS certificate issued between 1 April 2025 to 31 Oct 2025 (valid for 2025-26) required
• PwBD: Only categories OAL, BLOA, BLA, CP, LC, Dw, AAV, MDy with ≥40% disability eligible
• Change of category not allowed after fee payment
• Admit Card will be available for download from 10 November 2025 (No postal dispatch)
• Candidates must bring admit card on exam day and submit to invigilator
• Use of unfair means, impersonation, false information → Cancellation + Legal action
• Legal jurisdiction: Delhi Courts only
