About the Internship
The purpose of this internship is to strengthen UNICEF Jordan's design and branding capacity by supporting the creation of high-quality visual assets that align with UNICEF brand guidelines and enhance storytelling across external and internal communication channels.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Design visual assets for digital platforms, including social media cards, carousels, banners, and infographics.
- Support branding of reports, presentations, one-pagers, and factsheets.
- Assist with layout and visual consistency for donor visibility materials and adapt global/regional templates to local needs.
- Maintain organized folders for design assets and assist in archiving visual content (photos, graphics, templates).
- Support visual concepts for campaigns, events, and awareness days while ensuring consistency with UNICEF branding guidelines.
- Support the production of social media assets, planning of campaigns, and packaging content to maximize reach and impact.
Eligibility Criteria
- Must be a Jordanian National.
- Must have graduated within the past two years with a degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Multimedia, or a related field.
- Applicants must not have immediate relatives working in any UNICEF office or in their direct reporting line.
Qualifications, Skills and Competencies
- Languages: Fluency in English and Arabic (writing and speaking) is required.
- Technical Skills: Knowledge in design tools such as Canva, Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, or equivalent.
- Knowledge in video editing and animation tools will be considered an asset.
