About the Unit

As part of the Colleague Experience Group, the Colleague & Labor Relations (CLR) team focuses on providing advice and support to colleagues and people leaders to resolve workplace issues, develop and interpret policies, and help manage employee conduct and performance. The mission is to drive a fair and consistent colleague experience, support the business, and deliver the highest quality employment and labor relations solutions while maintaining a strong risk mindset.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Conduct end-to-end fact-finding for workplace concerns falling under the purview of the CLR team.
• Assess workplace issues, effectively evaluate risks, determine root causes, and develop appropriate remediation plans.
• Review and approve performance management and disciplinary actions to ensure fair and consistent application of company policies.
• Address and mediate employee disputes, grievances, and workplace conflict.
• Support the broader CLR team with data analytics, trend reporting, and system maintenance to improve operational efficiency.
• Collaborate with People Leaders and colleagues to foster an inclusive and compliant work environment.

Eligibility Criteria

• Educational Status: Must be currently enrolled in a full-time Bachelor's degree program or higher.
• Graduation Timeline: Must have an expected graduation date between March 2026 and March 2027.
