Duties and Responsibilities
- Conduct end-to-end fact-finding for workplace concerns falling under the purview of the CLR team.
- Assess workplace issues, effectively evaluate risks, determine root causes, and develop appropriate remediation plans.
- Review and approve performance management and disciplinary actions to ensure fair and consistent application of company policies.
- Address and mediate employee disputes, grievances, and workplace conflict.
- Support the broader CLR team with data analytics, trend reporting, and system maintenance to improve operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with People Leaders and colleagues to foster an inclusive and compliant work environment.
Eligibility Criteria
- Educational Status: Must be currently enrolled in a full-time Bachelor's degree program or higher.
