About the Role & Unit
Coca-Cola is looking for an analytical and strategic intern to join its Revenue Growth Management (RGM) team in Istanbul. This unit is dedicated to driving topline revenue growth and margin expansion by better targeting key stakeholders—consumers, shoppers, and customers. By embracing an expansive growth mindset and focusing on four key behaviors (curious, empowered, inclusive, and agile), the RGM team develops "bold OBBPC" (Occasion, Brand, Package, Price, Channel) approaches to optimize everything from pack price architecture to promotional spending and digital analytics.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Support and implement integrated system RGM approaches to optimize pack price architecture, assortment, SKU optimization, and innovation.
- Develop value-to-market playbooks for both online and offline channels, evaluating price terms, conditions, and promotional spending.
- Understand, analyze, and connect various RGM drivers related to business performance to identify consumer-centric and customer-relevant value propositions.
- Support the Annual Business Planning & Long-Range Planning processes region-wide and for specific countries in collaboration with bottling partners.
- Assist in the deployment and roll-out of the Mix Management Program within the Operating Unit (OU).
- Lead country-specific ad-hoc RGM projects alongside regional RGM Leads.
- Drive the RGM Analytics and Automation Agenda by providing strategic input to the Data Analytics Team, tracking completion, and pushing for operational progress.
- Support the RGM Capability Agenda by assisting Learning & Development projects aimed at deploying RGM capabilities within the System and community.
- Ensure internal and external communication of the RGM agenda, highlighting market- and OU-specific business opportunities.
Eligibility Criteria
- Educational Status: Must be a currently enrolled 3rd-year University degree student.
- Graduation Timeline: Planned graduation in the year 2026.
- Field of Study: Open to various disciplines, including but not limited to Engineering, Economics, and Management.
- Language: Fluent in English.
