Duties and Responsibilities
- Work as part of an agile IT team to provide engineering support, ensuring the reliability, availability, efficiency, and functionality of all applications, processes, and projects.
- Assist in basic software development, including design, evaluation, problem-solving, analysis, and planning to support various applications within the IT department.
- Interface actively with platform, network, security, and business staff to guarantee high-quality software development and deployment.
- Perform crucial tasks such as data entry, feature development, data conversion, and report development.
- Participate in special projects and collaborative team assignments as requested by management.
