NABCONS Recruitment 2025 – Apply Online for Communication & Insurance Specialist Posts

NABARD Consultancy Services (NABCONS), a wholly owned subsidiary of NABARD and an ISO 27001:2022 & 9001:2015 certified company, has invited online applications from Indian citizens for the posts of Communication Specialist and Insurance Specialist under the Project Management Unit (PMU) for the Department of Fisheries, Ministry of Agriculture.

Communication Specialist

• Master’s in Mass Communication, Journalism, or equivalent degree.
• Minimum 7 years of experience in managing IEC and communication-related functions in public or reputed private organizations.
• Experience in designing and implementing communication campaigns.
• Excellent command of English and at least one or preferably two major Indian languages.

Insurance Specialist

• MBA or equivalent degree with minimum 5 years of experience in insurance, including product design, underwriting, and policy management.
• Experience in managing insurance products related to agriculture/fisheries/aquaculture preferred.
• Knowledge of risk assessment, claims handling, and collaboration with multiple stakeholders.
• Preference to candidates with experience in projects funded by World Bank, ADB, KFW, or other international institutions.

• Consolidated pay based on experience, qualification, and suitability.
• Salary will be commensurate with the last drawn pay and NABCONS compensation norms.
• Income tax will be deducted at source under Section 194J as applicable.

• Shortlisting based on qualification, experience, and suitability.
• Interview (in-person or virtual) for shortlisted candidates.
• Proficiency in MS Office and data management may also be assessed.

• Initial engagement for 11 months, extendable based on performance and project needs.
• Candidates will have no claim to permanent absorption.
• Posting and transfer anywhere in India depending on project requirements.
