Centre for Cancer Epidemiology (CCE), Tata Memorial Centre, Navi Mumbai invites eligible candidates for walk-in interview for the temporary engagement of Coder Supervisor under the USCOD (Unit for Strengthening Cause of Death Data) Project, initially for 6 months, extendable as per project need.

• Bachelor’s degree (B.Sc.) in Biological Sciences or Life Sciences from recognized university/institute
• Strong understanding of basic medical terminology and WHO ICD-10 disease classification
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), handling large datasets
• Desirable:
  • 1 year experience in Epidemiology/Public Health/Medical Data Management
  • Experience with mortality coding (ICD-10) or verbal autopsy
  • Familiarity with Civil Registration & Vital Statistics (CRVS) systems
  • Analytical, communication & coordination skills with stakeholders
  • Teamwork—independent and collaborative multitasking
• Age limit as per ACTREC/TMC project rules (see notification if available)

• Supervise and coordinate work of coders for mortality coding under USCOD project
• Ensure accurate & timely ICD-10 coding of causes of death (as per WHO standards)
• Regular quality checks, validation of coded data, support coder staff training
• Assist with data analysis, reporting, and documentation for reviews/dissemination
• Maintain project records, logs, and contribute to SOP/guideline development for coding

• Walk-in Interview scheduled: Wednesday, 12th November 2025
• Reporting: 10:00 am – 11:00 am (Room 205, 2nd Floor, Centre for Cancer Epidemiology, ACTREC, Kharghar, Navi Mumbai)
• Bring bio-data, original degrees/certificates, experience proofs, birth/age certificate, passport photo, Aadhaar/PAN, and set of self-attested copies
• No TA/DA for attending the interview. Shortlisted candidates only; contact Centre for confirmation if needed

1. Attend walk-in on 12 Nov 2025, reporting 10–11 AM at Centre for Cancer Epidemiology, ACTREC campus
2. Bring all required originals + photocopies of certificates, experience, proof documents, bio-data, photo ID
