- Support day-to-day administration and technical troubleshooting of UNFPA Moodle-based LMS tenant.
- Support UNFPA course owners on content categorization, deployment, and publication.
- Advise on course design options within Moodle platform.
- Coordinate and report to UNSSC and UNFPA teams on LMS tenant implementation, management, and performance.
- Manage user accounts, roles, permissions, and course enrolments.
- Provide Tier 2 and Tier 3 technical support to UNFPA managers and course creators.

- Act as key point of contact for tenant-related inquiries, escalate complex issues.

- Manage archiving and deletion of data according to content and user lifecycle policies.
- Prepare reports on data usage, retention, and compliance.
- Develop and maintain LMS documentation, user manuals, technical guides, and SOPs.
- Support documentation of LMS configurations, customizations, integrations, and updates.
- Collaborate with developers and external vendors to test and implement system updates.
