About the Unit

Duties and Responsibilities
- Provide direct operational support for the development and monitoring of the UNDP portfolio and projects within the G20 GLI framework.
- Deliver critical logistical and coordination support to G20 GLI activities and UNDP strategic events, including major conferences, regional meetings, and COP16.
- Assist in organizing workshops, webinars, and consultations by drafting agendas, managing invitations, and preparing briefing materials.
- Liaise effectively with a diverse range of external partners—including governments, NGOs, private sector entities, and academia—to foster collaboration on sustainable land management.
- Support the team by drafting meeting minutes, reports, and concise briefs for both internal and external audiences.
- Perform necessary administrative duties related to event coordination, travel arrangements, and procurement processes.
Eligibility Criteria
- Educational Status: Applicants must meet one of the following requirements:
- Be enrolled in a postgraduate degree programme (master's or higher).
- Be enrolled in the final academic year of a first university degree programme (bachelor's or equivalent).
- Have recently graduated with a university degree (and must start the internship within one year of graduation).
- Be enrolled in a postgraduate professional traineeship program.
