The IT Service Management (ITSM) team is responsible for managing and enhancing the ServiceNow platform to maximize business value for stakeholders. The product roadmap is filled with interesting initiatives that challenge accepted methodologies and seek to automate and optimize crucial corporate processes.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Actively participate in the design, build, development, and customization of the ServiceNow Platform.
• Contribute to the ongoing development and administration of ServiceNow—a market-leading platform for IT Service Management.
• Create and maintain technical documentation for the platform, as well as knowledge articles and user-friendly "how to" guides for various business stakeholders.
• Partner with and learn directly from Business Analysts, Developers, Architects, IT Managers, and Process Owners on active IT initiatives.
• Assist the rapidly maturing Governance, Process, and Service Management department with ad-hoc projects to drive automation.

• Educational Status: Seeking a self-motivated, inquisitive, and technology-inclined graduate.
• Location: Must be able to work out of the Kraków, Poland office.

Qualifications, Skills and Competencies

• Technology Ecosystem: Familiarity with or willingness to learn the ServiceNow Platform (Now Platform). Exposure to JavaScript, Angular, Jelly, CSS, low-code/no-code solutions, REST/SOAP integrations, LDAP, Active Directory, and Azure Services is highly advantageous.
• Soft Skills: Strong work ethic, high attention to detail, a sense of urgency, and the tenacity to solve problems.
• Mindset: Honesty, curiosity, and notably, "the confidence to fail" and learn from those failures.
