Are you passionate about fostering global talent and shaping the organizational culture of a leading United Nations agency? The UNESCO Bureau of Human Resources Management (HRM) is opening its doors for a transformative 1-to-6-month internship available at Headquarters, Field Offices, and Institutes worldwide. Step into a dynamic, multicultural environment where your contributions will directly support strategic staffing, performance leadership, and policy coordination that empower professionals dedicating their lives to education, science, and culture.
💡 99jobs Pro-Tip: How to Stand Out
Since candidates apply to an active intern talent pool rather than a single opening, your motivation statement must clearly highlight your specific HR interests—whether that is data analytics, policy coordination, or recruitment. Emphasize your multicultural teamwork skills and bilingual proficiency (English and French), as hiring managers proactively filter this global roster over a six-month period for candidates who can seamlessly integrate into diverse, fast-paced UN environments.
