About the Role & Context

Duties and Responsibilities
- Respond to individual inquiries from asylum-seekers, refugees, stateless persons, and their legal representatives.
- Provide essential information, guidance, and referral support in strict alignment with established protection procedures and standards.
- Monitor and analyse legal developments, policy changes, political dynamics, and media reporting that affect the protection environment in Poland.
- Draft concise summaries and updates regarding policy and legislation for the broader Protection team.
- Deliver administrative and organisational support to the Protection Unit, including compiling inputs, supporting meeting coordination, and preparing background materials.
- Contribute directly to reception and detention monitoring activities and support necessary follow-up actions.
